Mark Kaylor has a reputation as an overzealous cop. He received the MADD award for handing out over 150 DUI arrests in one year on a stretch of road less than 10 miles long with only about 20% or less of those resulting in conviction because he pulls people over for driving at night and gives them DUI’s no matter what. And beatings like this happen in between.
In this particular incident, he pulled over a Hispanic man, who speaks very little English, on suspicion of DUI and arrests him. For unknown reasons, also arrests the passenger, who doesn’t speak any English and Tazes him until they get him cuffed. They then yell various commands at him, to which he responds with screams of pain and statements in Spanish. Subsequently, they then proceeded to beat him.
Kaylor is the overweight bald man that lays down and hits him with 6 – 10 hammer-fists to the side of the head. Which results in a broken orbital bone, that later required surgery to repair.

Perfect example of low IQ cops. Guy doesn’t understand English, yell louder. as well as a fat coward that waits till the guy is handcuffed to assault his face.
Police often arrest people that have broken no crimes. Police often beat people that have broken no crimes. Police often torture people that have broken no crimes. Police often are horrible human beings with no positive traits.
Hmm broken no crimes ehh. I don’t think anyone in the history of the human race has broken a crime. To the jury I present exhibit A; a dumbass that thinks he knows what he is talking about when it comes to the law not “crimes”.
Again, a lot of information is left out by copblock articles. The officers were found not to have done anything wrong.
The author says, “Mark Kaylor has a reputation as an overzealous cop. And beatings like this happen in between”. Interesting. He catches drunk drivers and the author claims he overzealous. Where is the proof that said, “Only about 20% or less resulting in a conviction”?

For an odd reason this submission says it occured in Red Bank New Jersey, It actually happened in Red Bank Tennessee a suburb of Chattanooga
Did we watch the same video? The cop was doing this job, it was the driver who decided to resistt when he was being handcuffed.
what is wrong with you guys? seriously.
Your facts are wrong, this is red bank, tennessee not nj….please do not post unless you have proper background and facts which “cop block” never does, but at least get the state right before you start providing information on the wrong police department…
